There are community architectural controls in place to ensure all home exteriors meet the overall quality level of the community. Your builder sales rep will be able to help you navigate through them to make sure your exterior finishes come in at the price point you need, while achieving the look you want.

Landscaping must be done by the end of the summer following the year you take possession of your home.

Your deposit will be returned to you by your builder once your landscaping has passed inspection and the City has accepted all of the final infrastructure (2 years following construction of roads).
